A snowy and slightly barfy adventure

 We went to Yosemite last weekend, and it was a big success!  The trip had an…auspicious start.  About an hour from our hotel (we didn’t know this at the time, having never stayed there), Hana became REALLY carsick.  Like, we (read: Mustafa) had to take the carseat and the toddler out of the car on the side of the road and use a thousand baby wipes to barely clean it up.  10 minutes later: repeat.  Apparently, Hana does not do well with curvy roads and altitude the first day. 

Anyway, stay at Evergreen Lodge next time you are in Yosemite.  The place is amazing, the food is incredible, and the people who work there are awesome.  Help-you-clean-barf-out-of-carseats-on-their-break type awesome.

So, the second day, on our way back from tooling around the valley, it snowed–serious snow.  Maya was ALL into it.  Hana was totally not into it at first, then accepted it and toddled around.
