Hana is under her own power; Maya is tricky

At today’s visit to Happy Hollow, Hana insisted on being under her own power for much of the trip, rather than riding in the stroller. She was marching around like she owned the place, running away from the blogger, then looking back, giggling and running back to me.

Maya had her usual great time, but I couldn’t resist posting the “evil Maya” picture here, because she’s so clearly plotting something. Maya continues to be full of bad ideas, and when you try to get her to do what you want, here’s what you get: “NO no no no. No thank you mommy. Maya’s turn.” You’d be amazed at what a nearly 3-year old (thinks she) can do.
