Happy Halloween

Spider girl (with a secret identity as bat girl) and the plumpkin went out to Happy Hollow for Halloween today, and it was a blast. Gams and Grandpa met us there, which made it a million times more fun. Hana was a pretty good sport about her pumpkin outfit, considering that it was 80 degrees out, and Maya was VERY into her cape, and insisted that the spiders be on the inside, so she could see them better (so the outside actually has a large yellow bat). She refused to wear the spider headband I purchased, opting instead for the hat she wears every single day.

No one had a nap, yet things went relatively smoothly. Maya told me that she wants to be a butterfly next year, and Mustafa told me that we’re all dressing as monsters. All seem equally (un) likely.
