Blast from the recent, yet everyday past: Maya wakes up

While we were in Monterey, Maya took naps in our room (because she would sing so loudly in her shared room with Hana that little Hana would not get a much-needed nap).  Maya thought it was pretty neat, because she also liked to run into our room in the mornings and say “mommy? daddy? are you sleeping??” and then climb in bed with us, while Hana was still asleep in their room.  In these pictures, we snuck up on her after a long nap, and she was pretty cooperative.  That’s highly unusual.
