Maya and Hana saw Sesame Street Live!

Today Amna and I took the kids to Sesame Street Live, and it was a huge success. Maya was very focused and clapped after each musical number. She also pointed with glee when Elmo and Super Grover appeared (below–photo of Maya first seeing Grover). Hana was delighted as well. Of course, both snacked throughout.

Hana fell asleep leaning on the chair in front of her for about 20 minutes at the end. It was so sweet–she didn’t even cry out of fatigue, just pure happiness in Amna’s lap, then zzzzzzz.

Note: Maya refused to hang out in our laps. She enjoyed her own seat. As well as a $10 Elmo balloon.
