Maya is very opinionated

Maya will tell you exactly what she wants these days. Usually in the form of commands, or in the form of telling you the 100 things she doesn’t want, so you’re left with only a few options that could possibly be acceptable. At the park today, Maya was excited about everything, though she would scream “swings! let’s go SWINGS!” and we’d charge over and swing for awhile, and then we’d hear her little sing-song “all done.” Repeat with slide. Back to swing. Ending in massive tantrum. The good news is that Maya loves to say thank you. She is very polite about being two years old.
