Already uncooperative

We keep trying to get a picture of the natives cooperating, but the jumbo one always gets a little testy. Here, Hana kept whacking her and pulling her hair, which Hana found delightful, but Maya found less than amusing after about 20 seconds. No fighting back, though (yet).

To be fair, Maya is getting more into Hana. She likes to talk about the baby, give her stickers, and bring her things to play with (always inappropriate) and lets us all read together. She does get mad when I bring “her books” (any of the one billion children’s books in this house) into Hana’s room for evening storytime, even though Maya stopped reading baby books long ago. Pretty predictable.
