Lola on the mend

Lola survived yet another attempt on her life, this time by that evil garbage can. That’s right, Lola’s foraging in the kitchen poisoned her about 10 days ago, causing her to get a severe case of hemmoraghic gastrointeritis. It was pretty gross, and serious. She was in the hospital overnight, but has fully recovered. For those keeping score, that is 3 near-death experiences in 2 years, requiring hospitalization.

Now the baby gate for the kitchen is mainly to keep Lola out.
