Happy Birthday Jenni!

Maya likes to make birthday cards for special people, and today she woke up early to make her cousin Jenni a card. She was disappointed in Mommy’s pathetic supply of art materials, but managed to make something sort of pretty. First, she made the card. Then she took an airplane ride with Elmo (on the plane Jenni gave her)–it was very exciting. After that, she showed the card to a bleary-eyed Daddy. And then it was time to prepare for the pediatrician appointment, so she grabbed the umbrella and wanted to head out the door.
